Billing questions
What counts as a source minute?
The length of the video you upload or link, rounded up to the next minute. A 42-minute podcast uses 42 credits, no matter how many clips you export from it.
Do unused minutes roll over?
Plan minutes reset every billing cycle. Top-up minutes never expire while your account is active.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next renewal.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods in many countries. Payments are handled by our merchant of record, which also takes care of sales tax and VAT.
Do you offer refunds?
If something goes wrong, contact us within 7 days of your first payment and we'll make it right. See the refund policy for details.
