Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Clipnova. If you are not, here's how refunds work.

First payment

If you're unhappy with your first subscription payment, email us within 7 days and we'll refund it in full, provided you have used less than 50% of that period's processing minutes.

Renewals

Renewals are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

Failed processing

Credits used by jobs that fail on our side are returned to your balance automatically.

Top-ups

Unused top-up credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase.

How to request

Email [email protected] from your account email. Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
