5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed by mistake, you may send a counter-notice with the equivalent information.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe.
